Every effect on this page
Every animation, every sound, every video you're watching on this page — built end-to-end on the same engine your retainer plugs into. None of it is a template. All of it is repeatable in your brand, on your domain, in your voice.
/01
The head video at the top — built frame-by-frame on AdPipeline. Not stock, not a template. Yours: any concept, any subject, any aesthetic. Cinema-grade, every aspect ratio.
/02
The colored drop you've been watching is scrubbing in lockstep with your scroll position — frame-accurate, not a loop. Yours: any signature abstract motion that follows the user through your story.
/03
That rainbow glow following your cursor or finger right now. Multi-touch supported. Yours: any signature interaction — your brand colors, your motion language.
/04
Every button you hover plays a synthesized energy-blade swing — zero audio files, 100% Web Audio API. Yours: a custom signature sound system. Hover, click, scroll cues — all synthesized.
/05
As you scroll, a tube-synth groan follows your velocity and direction — pitch up when you scroll fast, down when you reverse. Yours: any procedural soundscape that breathes with the page.
/06
Desktop only — the cursor is a separate dot that physically pulls toward every CTA. Yours: a branded cursor that matches your visual system, with custom hover + click states.
/07
Background music starts muted, unmutes on your first gesture, loops at a custom mark. Sidesteps every browser autoplay policy. Yours: any track, any loop point, any fade behaviour.
/08
Every card on the work grid above — AI-built film, lazy-loaded so the page stays fast, hover-to-play, full IP yours. Yours: ten fresh pieces every month on the Embedded retainer.

Case study · 01 · 2026
A Toronto wellness brand needed a 10-second exploded-view film of their Orgone Accumulator Pillow for Instagram Reels — the kind of motion-design product video that normally takes a 3D studio two weeks.
Twenty-layer material stack flowing out of an unzipped pillow. Locked-background interpolation so the scene never drifts. Five editorial labels in custom Didot serif, one per unique material. Brand-canonical scene matched pixel-by-pixel against the client's website photography.
Delivered in days, not weeks. Now in their paid social rotation.
"You delivered in days what we were quoted weeks for. The film looks like our brand — not like an AI demo."— Tom, founder, Tōrō Field

Economics
Same brief, two production paths. The math at $5K and above.
How it works
/01
30-minute call. You share product photos, brand guide, references. I scope the deliverable, confirm the price, lock the delivery date. Same day.
/02
Frames generated through the production engine and assembled into a draft film. You see it instantly. Real animation, real aspect ratio, full resolution.
/03
Unlimited revisions inside the project scope. Most clients land the final on round one. Tōrō's pillow film took 13 iterations because they wanted perfection — that's included.
/04
Final masters in your Drive within 7 business days of brief. 1080p, your aspect ratio, color-graded, full IP transfer.

It's AI-built, frame by frame. The stack — Higgsfield, Nano Banana 2, Kling 3.0 Pro — is the same toolkit that major creative studios are quietly licensing for client work. The difference is that the workflow is tuned for product fidelity instead of UGC social spam. Every brand mark, every material, every label is described in the prompt and verified frame-by-frame against your reference photography.
A freelancer running the same tools will deliver a generic "AI ad." The work on this site exists because every shot runs through AdPipeline, a manifest-driven production system I built: matched start/end frame generation, locked-background interpolation, brand-canonical scene matching, multi-pass iteration with visual self-grading. That system was hardened across thirteen iterations of the Tōrō film — it doesn't get exported with a deliverable, it gets refined for the next one. The tools are commodity. The pipeline is the moat.
Instead of refunds we offer unlimited revisions. The first cut is delivered against the brief you signed off on at kickoff — if it misses, we iterate until it lands. The Tōrō film hit version 13 before shipping; that loop is what you're paying for, and it's included.
You do. Full commercial IP transfer on delivery — no license, no royalty, no rev-share. Master files in your Drive folder, raw frames available on request. Princeps Tessera Inc. retains the right to feature the work in this portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
Yes — that's the entire methodology. Brand-canonical scene matching means we pull your existing creative as reference and build the new film so it sits inside your visual world, not next to it. Color palette, typography, set design, even your photographer's lens character can be modeled.
There isn't one. The economics of AI-built video are genuinely better than a motion-studio shoot — that's the technology, not a corner-cut. What you don't pay for: a six-person crew, a soundstage day rate, a 3D artist's hourly. What you do pay for: the prompt engineering, the iteration loop, and the production system that makes the output look like a real shoot. Pricing transparency is intentional — it pre-qualifies serious buyers and saves both of us the discovery call about scope.
Who's behind this
I run Princeps Tessera Inc. out of Toronto. I'm a builder. I built AdPipeline — a manifest-driven AI production system that orchestrates Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and Kling 3.0 end-to-end.
Other operators are clicking buttons in a Higgsfield web app and calling themselves "AI video creators." I'm running a productized engine that locks backgrounds frame-to-frame, matches brand-canonical scenes pixel-by-pixel, and runs visual self-grading loops across every iteration. The system is documented, repeatable, and lives on my hard drive — not in a SaaS dashboard I rent.
That's why first cuts ship instantly and finals in seven days. Not because AI is fast — it isn't, when you're chasing brand fidelity — but because the system absorbs the iteration loop that used to take a 3D studio four weeks.
If you're a founder, a brand director, or a performance marketer at a sub-$50M Shopify brand who needs cinema-grade creative this week — that's exactly what this is for.
