The brief
A Toronto wellness brand needed a 10-second exploded-view film of their Orgone Accumulator Pillow for Instagram Reels — the kind of motion-design product video that normally takes a 3D studio two weeks.
The approach
Twenty-layer material stack flowing out of an unzipped pillow. Locked-background interpolation so the scene never drifts. Five editorial labels in custom Didot serif, one per unique material. Brand-canonical scene matched pixel-by-pixel against the client's website photography.

F/01 Is this real video, or is it AI? +
It's AI-built, frame by frame. The stack — Higgsfield, Nano Banana 2, Kling 3.0 Pro — is the same toolkit that major creative studios are quietly licensing for client work. The difference is that the workflow is tuned for product fidelity instead of UGC social spam. Every brand mark, every material, every label is described in the prompt and verified frame-by-frame against your reference photography.
F/02 How is this different from hiring a freelancer on Upwork? +
A freelancer running the same tools will deliver a generic "AI ad." The work on this site exists because every shot runs through AdPipeline, a manifest-driven production system I built: matched start/end frame generation, locked-background interpolation, brand-canonical scene matching, multi-pass iteration with visual self-grading. That system was hardened across thirteen iterations of the Tōrō film — it doesn't get exported with a deliverable, it gets refined for the next one. The tools are commodity. The pipeline is the moat.

Instead of refunds we offer unlimited revisions. The first cut is delivered against the brief you signed off on at kickoff — if it misses, we iterate until it lands. The Tōrō film hit version 13 before shipping; that loop is what you're paying for, and it's included.

You do. Full commercial IP transfer on delivery — no license, no royalty, no rev-share. Master files in your Drive folder, raw frames available on request. Princeps Tessera Inc. retains the right to feature the work in this portfolio unless you ask otherwise.

Yes — that's the entire methodology. Brand-canonical scene matching means we pull your existing creative as reference and build the new film so it sits inside your visual world, not next to it. Color palette, typography, set design, even your photographer's lens character can be modeled.
F/06 What's the catch with the pricing? +
There isn't one. The economics of AI-built video are genuinely better than a motion-studio shoot — that's the technology, not a corner-cut.
